The 2023 Q50 is here with exciting features for all INFINITI fans. This luxury car offers everything you would expect for this segment, along with some updates from the previous year’s model. 2023 Q50 Overview
The 2023 Q50’s starting price is $45,195. Mechanics are mostly similar across all trims: the Luxe, Pure, Red Sport and Signature . The 2023 Q50 has a 3.0-litre VR-series twin-turbo V6 engine. The performance varies a bit between trims. The Q50 Luxe and Q50 Signature each reach 300 hp at 6,400 rpm and 295 lb-ft at 5,200 rpm. The Red Sport trim engine has some tweaks, reaching 400 hp at 6,400 rpm and 350 lb-ft at 5,200 rpm.
All trims have a 7-speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode, and paddle shifters are mounted on the Red Sport trim steering wheel. All trims offer the option of All-Wheel Drive instead of Rear-Wheel Drive. Fuel economy is very similar across trims, with 12.5 L/100 Km for city consumption and 8.7L/100 Km for highways on average. The exceptions are the Red Sport models. They are rated 9.3 L/100 Km for highway driving.

Interior and features
As you would expect from INFINITI cars, the interiors have luxurious details. All trims have five seats and exquisite details, such as leather seats with different colour choices. There is also intelligent climate control with the Dual Zone Automatic Temperature Control and an interactive INFINITI InTouch dual HD screen. There is a Bose 16-speaker Sound System, Wireless Apple CarPlay integration, and the system stores the occupant’s audio and climate settings preferences for each seat.
Among safety and driver assistance features, there is an Intelligent Cruise Control, which senses speed and distance from vehicles at the front and Distance Control Assist. You can also check your surroundings with the vehicle’s 360-degree Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection.

Differences between the 2022 and 2023 Q50
There is no news here regarding any major mechanical changes in the vehicle. There are some minor cosmetic changes on the outside, such as light features. Some minor tech options have switched from one trim to another in the 2023 version, but you will find, in general, the Q50 trims for 2022 and 2023 are very similar in all respects. All in all, both years offer solid performance and stability.
